Gunjan Bhadoria

Gunjan Bhadoria is a seasoned Semiconductor professional having 15+ years Industry experience across different verticals. She is a passionate and exuberant personality which brings a lot of positivity at Incise. She started her career as a Verification Engineer in 2010 after completing B.Tech from Jaipur Rajasthan. After a few years in a technical role she got the opportunity to become the founding member of Incise and took up the most critical role of Technical hiring and customer engagement for the Semiconductor services company. As of now she has established a very stable hiring team at Incise which is the backbone of the company's semiconductor operations. Besides managing the hiring team she is responsible for all customer interaction starting from requirement to onboarding the engineering team's. At this moment she is also responsible for the engineer's retention and rewards.
